Here are some photos of our trip to the big island of Hawaii. We spent 9 wonderful days there with Anna's family - Mike, Monica, Tim and Misa. My favorite part of the trip had to be the fishing. It doesn't get any more convenient that just walking out your back door and onto some lava rocks! All in all, Hawaii really impressed me. With such a variety of things to do and see (volcanoes, black, green, and white sand beaches, rain forests, and awesome snorkeling) this trip has definitely exceeded my expectations! You know me - I guess I can be hard to impress at times! Anyway, I hope that we can all get together in the Canby home soon! It's warm all year around!

Jill and I spent a lovely weekend in Bodega Bay, just 50 miles north of where we live. Spent our time at the Bodega Bay Lodge and Spa, had an excellent lunch in a small town by the name of Duncan Mills, and enjoyed the picturesque views along Highway 1.
